On Wednesday, at a press conference in Barcelona, our co-founder Yanis Varoufakis presented his proposal for a European response to the current crisis in Catalonia, and for similar crises in the EU.

Yanis’ proposal – which you can see in summary form here – puts forward a progressive pan-European policy framework for issues of independence in European regions. Today we’re releasing the full version of that proposal, to trigger a discussion across DiEM25’s membership, on the way to forming an official DiEM25 position on this issue as part of our Progressive Agenda.
